About the Author
My name is Elara Strand. I have a BA in Cultural Anthropology from the College of William and Mary, I graduated from there in December 2005. I am currently in the Masters of Modern Europen History program at George Mason University, in the Applied, New Media track. After I complete this MA in History I want to go for a Masters of Library Science and become a librarian or an archivist.
I work at the Arlington Campus Library of GMU as a Graduate Research Assistant, a job I'm very happy at and one that's helped me decide I want to go into library science.
